From 6 June the Mausoleum of Augustus closes temporarily to allow the progress of the redevelopment works of Piazza Augusto Imperatore.

Entrance is limited to a maximum of 10 people per hour. Entrance is every 30 minutes: at the full hour for individuals, at half-hour for groups with their own guide.

Notes
The visit includes several flights of stairs. People with reduced mobility can therefore visit the central area of the monument. The area is equipped with didactic and illustrative panels to help visitors find their way around.
For groups and associations: please note that anyone who fails to turn up for the visit without cancelling their booking will not be able to use the next visit they have booked.
